Renea S. Gaus, QKA, QPA  I  Manager of Operations

Renea Gaus is the Manager of Operations with Walker Benefits, LLC, Retirement Plan Consultants.  Her background includes over  22 years of experience in the retirement plan industry. 

Renea has an in-depth knowledge of all aspects of qualified retirement plans including:  plan design and implementation; plan administration, including participant  eligibility; non-discrimination testing; financial reconciliation; and government filings.  Additionally, she has assisted clients in Internal Revenue Service and Department of Labor correction program submissions and plan audits.

Renea earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Allegheny College.  She is a member of the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries   (ASPPA), and has earned designations as a Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) and  Qualified Pension Administrator (QPA), both through ASPPA.
